Irakli's experience includes providing environmental, occupational safety and social risk assessment audits within the framework of European Bank for Development and Reconstruction (EBRD) projects (HPPs, thermal power plants, enterprises and others).
His experience also includes preparation of environmental impact assessment report, preparation of waste management plans, health and safety system development, environmental and occupational safety training, development of environmental management plans and more.
Irakli holds a master's degree in environmental management and policy from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), as well as a doctorate in environmental and water engineering and safety from the Technical University of Georgia.
Iraklis holds a bachelor's degree in public administration from Caucasus University.
