include preparation of EIA reports, supervision of environmental, health and safety and social issues, waste management, preparation of environmental management plans, conduc Revaz has conducted many environmental and social studies (EA, EMP's RAP's, etc.) in road construction projects according to IFC, WB, MCC, ADB, EIB, EBRD international standards. ting trainings, etc.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revaz worked for more than 5 years in the Ministry of Environmental and Natural Resources of Georgia, therefore, he understands well
