The objective of this project was to reconstruct to reconstruct Kobuleti bypass highway, Kobuleti−Batumi highway and Batumi bypass highway. The services included development of the ESIA Report in accordance with Asian Development Bank and National Standards. The scope of the project also was development of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
